Frozen Mushroom
Frozen mushroom is sourced from carefully selected mushrooms cultivated across Asia and processed under controlled conditions to preserve natural texture, flavor, and color. Harvested at optimal maturity and rapidly frozen after preparation, frozen mushrooms are designed to ensure consistent quality, food safety, and reliable performance for foodservice, retail, and industrial processing applications.
Products are cleaned, trimmed, cut according to specification, and processed using IQF or equivalent freezing methods to maintain product integrity and full traceability from origin through shipment. Blanching may be applied depending on variety and customer requirements. Specifications can be adapted to meet customer needs, including variety selection and cut format.
